This newly renovated apartment is located on the groundfloor of the renowned Los Molinos resort, 5 minutes walk away from the beach. It is spacious, bright and has two en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds (1,80 mt). One of them can be converted into two single beds upon request. The bathrooms are spacious and modern. Both the main bedroom and the livingroom have direct access to a private terrace overlooking the communal garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay a very comfortable and pleasant. The bedsheets are made out of pure linen, while the bath towels are 100% cotton. The apartment has air conditioning and offers free WIFI and a flatscreen TV with Netflix.

The resort has two magnificent large swimming pools, one of which has a shallow section, perfect for the little ones. There is also a children's playground and a Snack Bar where you can enjoy a cold drink while relaxing in a hammock under the sun.

The apartment is located in one of the most iconic and award-winning resorts on the island, created by the talented local artist Cesar Manrique. This place consists of a series of bungalows and apartments scattered around a wonderful swimming pool. Just a 5-minute walk away is Playa Bastián and the promenade of Costa Teguise. In addition, there are other beaches nearby that are definitely worth a visit, such as Las Cucharas and El Jablillo. On these beaches, you can enjoy various activities, such as snorkeling, scuba diving (PADI), kitesurfing and windsurfing, among many others. Next to Los Molinos, you will find a variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is also a pharmacy, a doctor and a bank just a few minutes walk away. You can find a cab rank across the street and the bus stop is 200 meters away. The location of this flat is perfect, as it is situated halfway between the south and the north of the island, which makes it very easy to explore any place in the island.
